It’s Another Great Year at South Creek!
Thank you for your interest in the South Creek PTO! We are a non-profit organization whose membership is open to any parent, guardian, or teacher at South Creek Elementary. We work together to help build a strong relationship between home and school. We work to support our students, teachers, and staff through events, activities, and raising funds – and we try to have fun doing it! Please get involved with our amazing school! We need parents like you to not only volunteer, but give us new ideas to keep South Creek PTO great!
There are many ways you can become involved with the PTO. First, you can become a member by going to southcreek.ptboard.com, filling out the form and sending membership payment ($5 per family per year). You will be added to our email distribution list so that you can be updated on all the PTO opportunities.
PTO meetings are held once a month on the first Thursday of the month. They are held both in person (in the school library) as well as on zoom (link posted to Facebook prior to meeting starting). Meetings begin at 6:30 and we try to keep them to an hour or less. Free childcare will be provided to those attending. We encourage your attendance and your input.
Events for the 2022-2023 school year are in full swing!
PTO often has fundraisers to support school initiatives, but we never ask your children to go door to door. In addition to supporting school events, the PTO funds websites used by our students in the classroom, supports teacher projects and supplies, and organizes staff appreciation events. We even gift a South Creek Scholarship fund to a deserving Franklin Central senior each year!
You can directly help the PTO support South Creek by:.
- Attending and/or Volunteering for Spirit Events in the community – a portion of the proceeds return to South Creek.
Purchasing Spirit Wear for your students to wear on school Spirit Days.
Adding South Creek to your Kroger Rewards Card at Kroger Rewards.
Participating in events such as Treat-A-Teacher, Cookies and Canvas, Veteran’s Day fundraiser or even Evening With Santa.
